Lin Linder, Chief FPC Advent Elf and other assisting elves, welcomes donations of 2 dozen cookies for cookie bags to be donated to Helmwood Health Care residents and staff. All donations are needed Dec 16 or 17, delivered to First Presbyterian Church. Cookie bags will be assembled by elves (additional elves welcomed) Saturday Dec 18 at 11:00 AM at the church, and delivered to Helmwood Healthcare on Sunday Dec 19. The elves tip their hats in thanks for any assistance!

Help care for our neighbors by serving on our FPC Room in the Inn Team: The Outreach Ministry Team is following God’s leading and organizing a team of FPC volunteers for Room in the Inn, our community cold-weather shelter for those experiencing homelessness.

Our team will serve on December 9, January 13, and February 10. There are a variety of roles available. If you are interested in serving in any capacity or have questions, contact Joy Swope. (
